Stannage Edge is a Gritsone Edge situated in the Derbyshire Peak District, to the north of Hathersage. It is famous for Millstone production from a bygone age. The edge also contains Robin Hoods Cave, where the legendary Robin Hood was said to have hidden at some point in history. Stannage Edge is also a Mecca for rock climbers.
